Often your insurance company will cover a portion of your cost. It is important that you call your insurance company prior to our first appointment. Some companies require the sessions to be pre-authorized and will provide you with an authorization number. The phone number on the back of your insurance card labeled, "behavioral health" is the proper number to determine your mental health benefits.  Co-pays are payable at the time of your appointment, and are set by the insurance company.  

 

Private Pay Pricing 

Initial session for individuals (60 minutes)  $120

Individual sessions (45 minutes) $85

Individual sessions (60 minutes) $115

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment by cash, credit or check. 

 

Sliding Fee Scale

I offer a limited number of services on a sliding fee scale, if deemed necessary.  Please inquire. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time will be reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance by calling the office. This allows time to offer the appointment to another client who may be on a cancellation waiting list.  If appropriate cancellation has not been made or if you fail to show for your appointment, you will be billed $35.00, except in cases of emergency.
